James Dondero supports a cause that concerns children. At Dallas High School there is an internship known as Reasoning Minds that challenges students in the area of math. There was also a Mayors Job Fair that took place. All of this is geared towards helping students gain their full potential in being able to graduate with either a job or internship dealing in areas of math. Visit his website at jamesdondero.com.
Dondero supports these organizations and clearly recognized the need for the youth of Dallas to get ahead in the world and be productive. By having these events, high school students can learn how to challenge themselves and come up with ways to understand a core subject that will be with them for life. Everyone knows that math is an essential subject. Learning numbers and different forms of calculations is important in order to compete on a global scale with such countries as China. Without math, a student will be able to do their job effectively. It is in every aspect of our life whether it is cooking or driving a car. Math has to be one of the focal points that get through everyday life. Read more at Huffington Post about James Dondero.

The Mayors Job Fair is another critical aspect. This is a job fair that provides professional jobs that will not only provide hands-on experience but knowledge on how to act in the workplace. Being that some Dallas students might encounter their first job at this fair, it might turn out to be a very positive learning experience for them. They can go on to a promotion or a career with knowledge of how the real world works and have a better appreciation for the mentorship they receive from this as well. James Dondero understands that our children must have a future where math and jobs will help them be productive.
